Account approval, product access, and settlement functionality depend on:

Restricted Use
xPayz prohibits certain activities and business types to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and platform integrity.
Prohibited Activities
Unlicensed money transmission or payment services
Securities trading
Gambling or gaming operations without proper licensing
Sanctioned entities or prohibited jurisdictions
Fraudulent or deceptive business practices
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Bypassing currency controls or capital restrictions
Use of xPayz for any prohibited purpose may result in immediate account suspension, transaction reversal where possible, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities. Users must not attempt to bypass jurisdiction controls, misrepresent their identity or business type, or engage in any activity that violates local laws or regulations.
This list is not exhaustive. xPayz reviews all merchant applications and reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts based on risk assessment and compliance requirements.
